Tom Crean Working Hard on the Recruiting Trail

Coach Tom Crean and the Indiana staff have one maybe two more scholarships to give out for the 2014 class. Many think Devin Robinson will join fellow Virginia native, Robert Johnson, in Bloomington.

Coach Crean isn’t assuming anything, he is going hard after five star recruit JaQuan Lyle. Coach Crean was in Huntington, West Virginia today to see Lyle according to Lyle’s twitter.

This is the second tweet that Lyle has sent out in regards to Coach Crean in a week. Last Wednesday, Lyle sent the following out via twitter.

Lyle is set to be in Bloomington next weekend for homecoming. The Evansville native is one of the best unsigned seniors in the country. The one time Louisville commit opened up his recruiting about six weeks ago. The Hoosiers were thought to be out of the running but I feel that they are back in.

As stated on the podcast today, I feel that Lyle doesn’t know what he wants to do for college yet and is still up in the air. I won’t be shocked if doesn’t sign until the late signing period in the spring. There are no indications when Lyle will make a decision, it would be great to see a kid from the Hoosier state stay home and wear the Cream and Crimson.
